BnHA: Oyakawa Ayumi

Water braces- Around her neck, lower arms, thighs, and calves are water braces that hold up water for Ayumi to use in battle. This allows her to delay her dehydration time as well as give her more water to use in the cases of fights that are not nearby any water sources besides her hair(excluding the water in air). Running out of water means trouble for one, she goes bald; two, she experiences major dehydration because when she separates the liquid from her hair she's also pulling water out of her body; three, she becomes weaponless and has to rely on physical combat; and four; it takes some delayed time for her to gather up water droplets around her surroundings to have it back at sufficient amount for her to use as a solid and even a liquid again.

Feathered Fins and Scale Designs- These fins around her head and small amount of scales on her shoes and shorts actually regulate the amount of water she uses from herself. It doesn't seem much, but it keeps her from using more water than she needed from her body and hair by letting the liquid circulate inside the fins and scales when she uses her quirk to separate the liquid from her.

Quirk Features: Liquid hair and seaweed fins

Quirk: Equilibrium(平衡 Heikō)- This quirk allows Ayumi to make water become a gas, liquid, or solid solution. The drawback to using this quirk is dehydration and dizziness from the waterloss in her body. The more water she loses, the dizzier she gets-- it eventually leads to fainting. She also can lose the amount of water in her weapon as she fight which means gathering up more water along the process. The process of water loss is shown as her hair slowly gets shorter and shorter during the fight with no water around. With equilibrium, Ayumi can control water from the air, bodies of water, and her own water which is her hair. She can gather up water from the air to either make it a liquid or solid as well as create mist or fog instead, however, there are delay times within each she tries, from scratch, to create; mist takes the shortest time up and to solid is the longest-- it takes time for her to gather enough water in one spot. Attacking her slows her down even more while she gathers up water. Dispersing it, on the otherhand, has no delay time at all-- she just simply breaks it into particals around her to create fog or mist on the spot. Turning a solid back to a liquid takes a short delay unlike turning it back to a vapor. When her water is a solid weapon or defense item, hitting at it will get it to shrink due to chipping the liquid away at it. Most of the time, when she fights within dry terrains, she'll slowly gather up water in the air as she fights to prevent her from going weaponless, but it doesn't help terribly much because of how little she can gather within her fights. In order to "regrow" her hair, Ayumi gathers water and stores it as hair-- the maximum length is up to her thighs otherwise it'd be too heavy for her to carry around and would drip everywhere as well as possibly pour. It is also possible for her hair to "grow" back without exhausting herself a bit by gathering water, but it'll take a week to at least have her hair up to her ears.

Extra: Ayumi knows very little when it comes to physical combat, but she knows enough to protect herself for a period of time. She mainly relies on her hard kicks and sometimes her fast handed, but slightly weak punches to tire out her opponents. Her stamina is quite high to help mask her weak physical abilities.
